How to make it

  • Combine apricot preserves, dressing and soup mix. Place chicken breasts in a large, buttered baking dish and pour apricot mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
  • * For a change of pace, use Russian dressing instead of Catalina.
