Texas Governors Chess Pie

Recipe said from E-mail said------Former Govenor of Texas Preston Smith recipes .that you just can't put down. Watch out or you will eat the Whole PIE!
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 TB cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 9 inch frozen or fresh pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ingredients adding butter after eggs go in. Pour into uncooked pie shell (deep dish) Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. May add chocolate or coconut to recipe if desired.
