Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut off rough ends of asparagus and wash remaining stalks
  • Blot dry
  • Season with a bit of kosher salt and pepper
  • Pour dressing (or oil and vinegar) over asparagus and coat well with your hands
  • Put directly onto grill
  • Cook until desired tenderness

    I absolutely LOVE grilled asparagus! The Italian dressing sound different and interesting! Will have to try!

    Roasted or Grilled...

    Some may not like it...

    ~but~

    It is a beneficial vegetable for good health.
