Ingredients

one pkg ziti

3 c. shredded mozzarella

1 lb ground beef

salt, pepper and garlic to taste

onion

green pepper

1 jar pasta sauce

Directions

Cook ziti until al dente.

Brown ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped onion, chopped green pepper and minced garlic to taste.

In a greased casserole dish, layer ziti, 2 c. shredded mozzarella, ground beef mixture, pasta sauce and top it all with the remaining cup of mozzarella.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
