How to make it

  • Soak the Beans overnight
  • Drain and Rinse
  • In a large crock pot, put all of the ingredients into the crock pot
  • Cook for 3 hours
  • Take 2 cups of soup out of crock pot, puree in your blender and add back (thickens the soup)
  • Cook longer, if needed, for the consistency you want... remember it's soup. :)
  • Serve with homemade Sourdough bread... ;)
  • Enjoy!!
