Pumpkin-Lemon Cream Pie

Makes the end of a meal "SPECIAL"
Ingredients
- For 1 9" pie shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1can pumpkin shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ginger shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup 1/2 & 1/2 shopping list
- sour cream Layer shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 TBSP. br. sugar shopping list
- 1 TBSP. lemon juice shopping list
- grated peel of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first seven ingredients together
- Pour mixture into pie shell Bake @ 425 for 15 min.
- Reduce heat to 350 Continue baking about 45min
- or until inserted knife comes clean
- Cool 20 min
- Blend together sour cream, br sugar, lemon juice,& lemon peel
- Spread sour cream mixture evenly over the pie
- Bake 10 min.more
- Sprinkleto with pecans
- Serve warm or cold
