Dutch Dip

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3 tbsp. chopped onion shopping list
- 3 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp. chopped pimiento shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 3 tbsp. cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 tbsp. sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, onion, bell pepper, pimiento, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk together egg, vinegar and sugar in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Whisk until thickened. Pour into cream cheese mixture and beat on low speed just until blended. Refrigerate dip at least 3 hours before serving. Serve with crudites, crackers, etc.
- Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
