How to make it

  • Chop each tomatoes to four halves
  • Finely chop onions
  • Fry Oil in a pan with Onions,curry leaves till light brownish color
  • Next put some garlic, Turmeric,salt and chilli powder
  • Put the tomatoes in the above mixture with some green chillies and coriander leaves
  • Add little water and let it cook for 10 minutes
  • Serve this curry with Rotis or can be had with plain rice.
  • Easy to make and great to taste....

    This looks fantastic. I was in an Asian Grocery store a couple of weeks ago and bought some curry leaves on a whim for the first time ever. Wasn't sure what I was going to do with them (the grocer told me they freeze very well), and now here's my opportunity. Thank-you!
