French Toast Surprise Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

8 slices of bread

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp sugar or splenda

peanut butter

jelly (any kind of flavor)

Directions

Heat up your frying pan to be ready with 2 tbsp butter or margarine.

Mix eggs & milk, beat well. Add sugar & cinnamon to egg mixture.

Spread peanut butter on 4 slices of bread.

Spread jelly on another 4 slices of bread.

Put breads together like sandwiches.

Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture, til well coated.

Put batter sandwich in pan, fry til golden brown on each side.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, or syrup.

Enjoy!
