Sweet Potato Casserole

This is one of my favorite sweet potato recipes with the added coconut on top.
Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter melted (margarine can be substituted) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and put in a shallow baking dish. Mix all the topping ingredients together and spread on top of the sweet potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until brown and crusty.
