How to make it

  • melt the chocolate over hot water
  • stir in hazelnuts
  • blend in the butter
  • allow to cool slightly
  • then refrigerate till the mixture is cooled enough to shape
  • take heaped tablespoons of the mixture, roll them lightley in the hands to form walnuts
  • then roll them in cocoa butter
