Rosemary Raisin Foccacia Bread

- 3/4 c warm water shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 2 1/4 c whole wheat flour shopping list
- 2 t. sugar shopping list
- 2 t. fresh rosemary, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 dry active yeast shopping list
- 1/2 c. raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Measure carefully, adding ingredients to bread machine pan in the order listed..
- Select Dough/Manual cycle.
- Add raisins at the raisin/nut cycle or 5 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
- Lightly grease a large cookie sheet or pizza pan,
- Flatten dough with hands or rolling pin into a 12-inch circle on cookie sheet or pizza pan.
- Cover top of bread with plastic wrap and place in a warm place 30 to 45 minutes or until dough has almost doubled.
- Using the handle of a wooden spoon or your fingertips, make indentations in top of dough.
- Heat oven to 400 °F.
- Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into pizza-like wedges.
