Dark Velvet Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 2 1/4 cups chips Ahoy cookies crushed shopping list
- 3 Tbsp butter, softened shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. Chocovic-dark cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 tea. vanilla shopping list
- 1 tea. white vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450^.
- Crust:
- Blend crumbs and butter completely.
- Butter sides and bottom of 10" spring-pan.
- Press crumb mixture onto sides and bottom of pan.
- Set in fridge.
- Filling:
- Blend cream cheese, suagr and four until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add cocoa powder.
- Add vanilla, vinegar, buttermilk, and cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 450^ for 16 minutes.
- Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
- Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
