How to make it

  • Place cactus, tomatoes, onion, jalapenos and cilantro in glass or plastic bowl. Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered jar. Pour over vegetables and toss. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

    I enjoy the pad of the prickly pear Cactus...

    A slight zing,and taste like a cross between a fresh green bean and okra...

    A crumbly soft white cheese would be nice for this recipe.
