How to make it

  • Sprinkle both sides of beef with 1/8 tsp. salt, pepper, & garlic powder
  • Set aside for about 15 minutes
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine parsley, lemon peel,
  • tarragon & 2 TBSP. butter
  • Stir until well blended; set aside
  • In medium skillet over medium-high heat,
  • melt remaining 1 TBSP. butter & oil until bubbly
  • Add beef; cook 2 min. on each side.
  • Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 min. more on each side or
  • until desired doneness.
  • To serve, top steaks with equal of lemon butter mixture
  • Allow butter mixture to melt over steaks before serving
