Tangy Smothered Round Steak Recipe

How to make it

  • In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tsp. oil
  • until hot. Add round steak. Cook 2 minutes,turn. Cook 1 minute
  • more & set aside on plate. Reduce heat to medium. Add onions
  • to skillet. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining
  • ingredients. Whisk until well blended
  • Return steak & accumlated juices to skillet
  • Spoon some sauce over steak
  • Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover & simmer
  • 1 hr. 10 minutes or until steak is tender, turning steak occasionally
