Lemon Pasta

- Finely grated rind of 3 room-temperature lemons shopping list
- juice of 2 lemons shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup grated romano cheese shopping list
- 5 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 lb spaghettini shopping list
- salt and ground pepper shopping list
- Handful of fresh basil, snipped into small pieces shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine lemon rind and juice, Romano, and oil. Set aside.
- Cook pasta and drain, saving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
- Add hot pasta to lemon sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss, adding reserved cooking water as necessary, until pasta is coated in sauce.
- Garnish with basil.
