How to make it

  • Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  • In large,nonstick skillet coated with spray,brown chicken on both sides.
  • In small bowl,combine soup,water,chilies and lemon juice. Stir into skillet.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;cover and simmer for 8-10 mins or till chicken juices run clear. Remove from heat;stir in sour cream. Serve with rice.
