This snack is simply tasty kids will fall head over heels.
Ingredients
- 8 large sweet potatoes shopping list
- cooking oil for deep frying shopping list
- black or white pepper shopping list
- for the a dip you have a sweet & sour dip shopping list
How to make it
- Peel & clean the sweet potatoes
- cut them up like chips or if you prefer slice them into thin circles
- sprinkle with pepper
- heat oil in a large pan when its hot deep fry the potatoes till slightly golden brown
- serve with dip
