How to make it

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken ( or turkey ). Mix well and roll into balls.
  • Heat oil in a fry pan ( I use a wok ) on medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 5-10 minutes, turning often. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Set aside.
  • Add next 5 ingredients to the same pan. Stir soy sauce into cornflour in a small cup. Add to pineapple mixture. Heat & stir until boiling and slightly thickened. Add meatballs. Stir until coated. Reduce heat to low or med low and cook for about 5 minutes ( I cook a little longer ).
  • Enjoy! Serve with jasmine rice ( we use brown rice ).
