Reginas Hazelnut Cupcakes Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat the butter with the sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until fluffy. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Add hazelnut meal and stir well.
  • Put mixture into mini or normal sized muffin tray. Bake as per size.
  • Bake on 180-200 degrees C for approx 15-20 minutes.
