- couple drops of fresh lemon juice (add more according to taste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons'dry soy milkflour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon avocado gives extra nourishment - optional - taste with and without - then choose. shopping list
- 2 sprigs of roughly snipped young parsley leaves - spread on top shopping list

How to make it
- Mix ingredients in the order above tweaking to suit your palate.
