How to make it

  • I am pretty sure the recipe is: beat butter, sugar and ms together. Add in eggs one at a time. Stir flour/soda mix into batter.
  • Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake in a moderate ovem 180 ( 160 forced fan ) for 35 minutes ( 30-40 mins depending on your oven ).
  • I will try to confirm the baking time etc tomorrow.
