How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F, grease 18 muffin cups.
  • Mix apples, sugar, honey, and raisins in a bowl, let stand 30 minutes.
  • Add oil, vanilla and egg, stirring well.
  • Add flours, baking soda, baking powder and spices to the apple mixture, stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes.
