This is somthing to get ya going in the am, newly tried and I thought it wasssss GGGRRRREEEAAAAT!
Ingredients
- 2 banannnas shopping list
- 3 tbs instant coffee shopping list
- 2 cups skim milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup homo milk shopping list
- 1 cup apple sauce shopping list
- 2 tbs wheat germ shopping list
- 1 cup ices shopping list
How to make it
- Blend everything !!!
- Pour into glasses and serve !!
- This is great if your gonna have a none stop go day !
- Not great to keep after a few hrs like no more then 2 !
