How to make it

  • Mix beef, bean dip, catsup and grill seasoning.
  • Shape into patties.
  • Spray pan with non-stick spray and brown beef/bean patties on both sides.
  • Pour enchilada sauce over the burgers, cover and cook on low for 8-10 minutes. Keep flipping the burgers to coat in glaze and reduce the sauce with the meat juices.
  • Top beef/bean patties with cheese. Cover and cook 2 minutes more
  • Toast bread of choice.
  • Put burger on top of toasted bread, spoon with glaze.
  • Top with slices of tomato and avocado.
  • Sprinkle with queso blanco fresco.
