Buttermilk Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Let the crust thaw about 10 minutes
  • In mixing bowl, beat eggs with fork.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
  • Pour into unbaked pie crust
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until the center is no longer wiggly.

    Buttermilk pie is a favourite around here - we Canadianize it with maple syrup though. Not as sweet, but still yummy!
