3 Hour Steaks

- 6 eye of round steaks shopping list
- just guesstimating shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- salt and pepper,to taste,or you can use Mrs. Dash,as I do. shopping list
- 1 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 4 teaspoons instant beef bouillon,(or 4 cubes) shopping list
- 4 cups water shopping list
- 1/4 c. flour shopping list
- 1/4 c. water shopping list
How to make it
- Pound steaks until thin,(as thin as you like)
- Salt and pepper the steaks
- Dredge steaks in first flour
- Brown steaks until golden brown. Drain.
- Mix instant bouillon(or cubes) with first water.(hot)
- Pour over steaks
- Cook on low,for three hours.
- Make 4 more cups of bouillon,if going dry.
- After 3 hrs. take steaks out into a warmed plate.
- Mix second flour and water,until smooth.
- Pour into boiling broth,and cook until thickened.
- Put steaks in roiling boil broth,and cook for a few minutes.
- Great with mashed potatoes,or rice.
