How to make it

  • Pound steaks until thin,(as thin as you like)
  • Salt and pepper the steaks
  • Dredge steaks in first flour
  • Brown steaks until golden brown. Drain.
  • Mix instant bouillon(or cubes) with first water.(hot)
  • Pour over steaks
  • Cook on low,for three hours.
  • Make 4 more cups of bouillon,if going dry.
  • After 3 hrs. take steaks out into a warmed plate.
  • Mix second flour and water,until smooth.
  • Pour into boiling broth,and cook until thickened.
  • Put steaks in roiling boil broth,and cook for a few minutes.
  • Great with mashed potatoes,or rice.
