Rosemary Corn On The Cob Recipe
Brain dead easy to do and adds a little zest to a summer tradition.

Ingredients
  • white corn on the cob
  • fresh rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Directions
  1. Wash the corn and place each on an individual sheet of tinfoil
  2. Add a pat of butter and rub on the corn to get it coated
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  5. Wrap the foil and cook on the grill or oven (usually 30 mins)

Im definately brain dead so I could probably do this.... thanks for the post....


We are going to try it tonight. I'll let you know what we think. Love the easy approach to adding flavor.
