Old World Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 3/4 # turkey Italian sausage (crumbled) shopping list
- 1 small head of cabbage shredded (about 1 1/2 #) shopping list
- 2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce (unsalted) undrained shopping list
- 2 tsp.salt free, ground herbs & spices seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds, (crushed) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp, sugar shopping list
- 1 (24oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes with onions & gr. peppers shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet, brown sausage until no longer pink. Add cabbage &
- continue cooking until cabbage is tender; stirring frequenty
- Add REMAINING ingredients EXCEPT potatoes; mix well
- In 13x9x2" baking dish, combine sausage mixture & potatoes;
- mix well. Bake, covered, in 375 degree oven for 40 min.
