Lemon Dressing

A tangy dressing excellent on spinach salads and fresh fruit salads, but also good for any salad, if you ask me.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. oil of choice (i use olive oil) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsps dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp coarse black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Shake all ingredients in tightly sealed container and chill until ready to serve.
- When using on fruit leave out the salt and pepper, use equal parts lemon juice and sugar.
