How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, combine coconut, brown sugar, nuts, butter and milk; mix well. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan.
  • Separate biscuits; arrange in single layer over coconut mixture. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle with biscuits.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
