Would "sweet biscuits" be like our vanilla wafers, a thin crisp cookie??

This sounds good..

I'm also confused about the sweet biscuits...

The sweet biscuits are a plain, vanilla cookie.

I have had a few queries about the "sweet biscuits" for the fudge slice. It gets a little confusing with the international variations. Here in NZ we have biscuits called Super Wines, They are basically a firm, dry, vanilla flavoured cookie like you would use for a plain cheesecake crumb base.

Mmmm my nana made these too.Just talking bout these today.Must be a sign that I should make.Cheers

This looks good, now that I know what a sweet biscuit is!
