Brickle Bits And No Chocolate Chips Cookies

- 3 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 2 sticks butter, softened shopping list
- 2 cups dark brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1 bag Hershey's Heath chips (Brickle Bits) shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix butter and brown sugar with electric mixer until smooth
- Add one egg and combine thoroughly
- Add second egg and vanilla and mix well
- Add in flour (batter will be very stiff)
- Mix in Brickle Bits
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Measure by tablespoonful each cookie
- Form into a well-rounded ball and flatten slightly with bottom of glass or pat down with fingers onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet
- Bake 12-14 minutes or until edges are slightly browned
- Cool on wire rack
