How to make it

  • Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Add onions and continue to cook until the onion is translucent. Add butter and stir until melted. Stir in flour and garlic, saute for about a minute. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a low boil and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Serve over split biscuits.

    Excellent! Came out perfect 1st time & every time! ..I like Bisquick in place of the flour, makes it slightly thicker. I also like to add about a teaspoon of yellow chicken seasoning. Great recipe...Thanks
