Barbecue Mole Chicken

- 2 TB almond butter shopping list
- 2 c bbq sauce shopping list
- 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate,chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp coriander shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp anise shopping list
- 1/4 c rioja wine shopping list
- 1 tsp chipolte powder shopping list
- 1 tsp ancho powder shopping list
- 1/8 c water or chicken stock shopping list
- 6 pieces of chicken shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat and oil grill. In a medium saucepan,combine all ingredients (excluding chicken pieces) over low heat,and stir,just till chocolate is melted.
- On baking pan,coat chicen on all sides in mole sauce,reserving 1/3 mole for basting. Place chicken pieces on grill and cook 6 to 8 mins a side. Baste with remaining sauce and cook additional 2 to 3 mins. When juices run clear,chicken is done.
