How to make it

  • Preheat and oil grill. In a medium saucepan,combine all ingredients (excluding chicken pieces) over low heat,and stir,just till chocolate is melted.
  • On baking pan,coat chicen on all sides in mole sauce,reserving 1/3 mole for basting. Place chicken pieces on grill and cook 6 to 8 mins a side. Baste with remaining sauce and cook additional 2 to 3 mins. When juices run clear,chicken is done.
