Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and five spice together and put in a zip lock back
  • Slice the pork up very thin and add to the marinade in the zip lock bag....let sit for at least 4 hours....overnight is good too
  • Heat wok and add the entire contents of the zip lock bag to the wok
  • Cook the pork thoroughly, remove and set aside
  • Add peanut oil to hot wok...about 2 tablespoon and add the peppers (both green and red Thai) and cook for about a minute
  • Add sugar snap peas and add to wok..stir fry for about two minutes
  • Add pears and stir fry for another minute or so
  • Add pork and mix well, let all the flavors get used to each other. This will take about 2 - 3 minutes
  • Add the rice...if - - you want to add the green onions to this dish mix them into the rice ahead of time.
  • Depending on the size of your wok you may need to mix the rice and the pork/vegetable mixture in another bigger bowl
  • Serve and enjoy
