How to make it

  • Break cooked salmon into chunks in a bowl. Gently toss with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve or salad greens. Serve with lemon wedges.

    Wow! Just spotted this Val! I don't know how I missed it a week ago. Sounds wonderful. I love salmon and the avocado sounds spot on to complement it. I shall run out to purchase a piece of salmon, but boy do I have lettuce up to my ears to serve it on! Thanks so much!
