Wild Salmon And Avocado Salad

- Approx. 1 lb. cooked salmon (roasted, poached, etc) shopping list
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and cubed shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. capers shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, such as dill, basil, parsley, tarragon and/or chives shopping list
- sea salt and ground black pepper shopping list
- salad greens to plate shopping list
- lemon wedges for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Break cooked salmon into chunks in a bowl. Gently toss with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve or salad greens. Serve with lemon wedges.
