Red Pot Roast

- 4 1/2 lb chuck roast shopping list
- 2 C water shopping list
- 2 C ketchup shopping list
- 1 T chili powder shopping list
- 1 T white sugar shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 6 big potatos, peeled and cut in big pieces shopping list
- 1 big onion , cut up shopping list
- 6 carrots sliced shopping list
- 2 T flour shopping list
- 1/4 C water shopping list
How to make it
- heat oven to 350 degrees
- place roast in pan.
- cover with 2 C water, ketchup, chili powder , sugar,' salt.
- cook 1 1/2 hr
- add vegetables
- bake another 1 1/2 hr or till meat and veggies are tender.
- remove meat and veggies from pan.
- Mix flour and 1/4 C water.
- add to sauce to make gravy.
