How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350' On large baking sheet,arrange phyllo shells. Cut brie into 30 small pieces. Place 1 brie piece in each shell. Top each with 1/4 tsp peach preserves.
  • Top evenly with almonds. Bake 4 to 5 mins or till cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh mint leaves,if desired.
