Smoked Salmon Wraps

- .4oz. thinly sliced salmon lox shopping list
- 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese spread (from 8oz container) shopping list
- 20 small sprigs fresh dill weed shopping list
- 20 fresh sugar snap peas shopping list
How to make it
- Carefully separate slices of salmon;
- Place individually on work surface.
- Spread slices with thin layer of cream cheese
- Cut salmon into 20 slices about 3x1" each (because salmon slices
- are irregular shaped, some strips may need to be cut in one direction
- & some in another)
- Top each strip with dill.
- Place 1 sugar snap pea crosswise on each strip; roll up
- Place salmon wraps on bed of CUCUMBER RIBBIONS
- make ribions using a sharp vegetable peeler lengthwise on
- washed cucumbers
