Mango Cake

This is a slight modification of a recipe I found here: www.pachakam.com/recipe.asp?id=1297&RecipeName=Mango%20cake. It's a sweet bread.
Ingredients
- 2 c flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cardamom powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ginger shopping list
- 1/4 tsp allspice shopping list
- 1/2 c vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 1/3 c sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c Chopped dates shopping list
- 1/2 c Chopped almonds shopping list
- 1 Diced mango shopping list
- 1/4 c Sweet shredded coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350F. Grease & flour-coat a 9 inch bread tin.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Make a well in the dry ingredient bowl & add the wet stuff. Mix well.
- Bake for about an hour until done.
