Rocky Road Cake

This thing is so devilishly messy and moist. I had to assemble this in a deep cake pan as to not let the second layer fall off. Don't plan on moving it around too much, it will topple! :)
Ingredients
- Moist chocolate cake mix. (whatever your preference, I went for double dark chocolate, bake as directed in 2 square cake pans, cool and prep for layering) shopping list
- 2 Jars marshmallow cream shopping list
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 bag semi sweet chips shopping list
- 1 bag walnuts shopping list
- 1 container milk chocolate frosting shopping list
How to make it
- In a deep square cake pan, lay out one cake layer and top with one container marshmallow cream.
- Place second layer on top and cover with another layer of marshmallow cream.
- Melt chocolate frosting in microwave and pour on top of cake layers evenly.
- Top with milk chocolate pieces and walnuts.
- In a plastic sandwich bag, melt semisweet chips in microwave at 30 second increments kneading bag @ each stop. Keep this up until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Snip corner off bag and drizzle chocolate over cake.
- I stick this in the freezer and let set for about 20 minutes before serving.
