Chocolate Shortbread

- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup sweetened cocoa shopping list
- 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- Dash salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy.
- Blend in the remaining ingredients
- Cover and refrigerate for one hour
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 300 F for about 20 minutes or until the cookies are set
- Remove to wire racks to cool
