How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350
  • Set your macaroni to boil.
  • While the macaroni boils, render the bacon until half cooked.
  • Drain the macaroni and pour back into the pot.
  • Stir in the butter until completely melted.
  • Pour in the fat from the bacon pan. (no comments please)
  • Stir in the parmesan
  • Add creamed corn.
  • Add evaporated milk.
  • Beat egg and stir in.
  • Add sugar.
  • Stir well until everything is completely mixed.
  • Pour into a baking dish and place slices of bacon on top.
  • Bake for 40-60 minutes (depending on how deep your dish is) until creamy parts are cooked.

    Mrsball, in my honest opinion ANYTHING is better with bacon fat! Well, savory things, you know...lol. This sounds great, thanks for posting!
