- 300 G SELF-RAISING flour shopping list
- 3ML salt shopping list
- 500 ML buttermilk shopping list
- 125 ML light olive oil shopping list
- 250 ML cheddar cheese, GRATED shopping list
- 410 (1 CAN) WHOLE corn kernels OR FRESH COOKED corn kernels IF YOU PREFER shopping list
- tomato soup (FOR ONE SERVING) I USE CUP-A-SOUP shopping list
- POWDERED BILTONG (JERKY) AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE I USE APPROX 150 ML shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 180C
- GREASE A LARGE MUFFIN PAN WITH 12 HOLLOWS
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER TO FORM ATHICK BATTER
- SPOON BATTER INTO PREPARED TIN AND BAKE FOR 25-30MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN AND A TOOTHPICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN
- HEAT SOUP ACCORDING TO PACKET INSTRUCTIONS AND SERVE
- SPRINKLE BILTONG OVER SOUP
