Grilled Chicken Breast With Rosemary, Oregano, & Basil

- Marinade: shopping list
- 1 cup of cup olive shopping list
- 1/4 red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon each of basil, oregano, and rosemary shopping list
- 6 thinly sliced chicken breast or 3-4 whole breast shopping list
How to make it
- I start chicken in marinade at least 40 min. before grilling. For the marinade I place chicken in baking dish and drizzle the oil and the vinegar over the top of chicken. I flip them over and add half of the dry ingredients and then give them another flip and apply the rest. You can use fresh or dry herbs. I then rub the herbs into the chicken on both sides and then place in the fridge for about 30 min.(flipping half way through at 15 min.)
- Take the chicken out of the fridge and let sit while prepping the grill.
- I take them straight to the grill and cook 3-5 min.on each side depending on size.
- This chicken tastes great in salads!
