Potato Cream Cheese Soup

- 6 cups diced potatoes shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 cup diced carrots shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 8 to 12 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 2 quarts water shopping list
How to make it
- Place water in saucepan and add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, bouillon cubes and salt. Cook until vegetables are tender. Combine milk and flour and mix until smooth. Add to vegetable mixture. Cook until thickened and smooth. Stir in sour cream and cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted.
