Chile Rellenos Puff

Nice spicy breakfast/brunch dish
Ingredients
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 cups cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/2-1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1(7 oz.) can chopped green chiles shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ
- Beat eggs till lemon colored
- Whisk in flour,baking powder,salt,cottage cheese and Monterey Jack cheese
- Blend till smooth
- Stir in chiles
- Pour into a greased 9" baking dish
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
- Bake for 20/25 minutes till center is firm and lightly browned
