How to make it

  • In 10" skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add onion;
  • cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft
  • Add garlic; cook & stir 30-60 seconds or until fragrant.
  • Add sausage slices; cook 2-4 minutes or until lightly
  • browned, turning once
  • Stir in paprika, coriander & ground red pepper
  • Add tomato sauce & wine or beef broth;
  • cook about 5 minutes to reduce slightly, stirring occasionally
  • Serve warm with cocktail toothpicks
